8 Highland Beef Sausages - cooked and cut cold into chunks, (why
not try one of our the Highland Beef sausages).
1 tin of sliced peaches (preferably in juice rather than syrup)
- well drained
8 large maraschino cherries - well drained
8 medium sized fresh mushrooms cut in half
Butter, or olive oil
1. On the skewers, alternate the sausage pieces, peach slices and
mushrooms, with a cherry in the centre of each.
2. Brush the sausages, peaches and mushrooms with melted butter
or olive oil.
3. Cook on the barbecue, 4 to 5 inches from the heat, for 5 minutes
on each side.
