450g(1lb) lean minced Hellifield Highland beef
1 Leek, finely sliced
1 stick of Celery, thinly sliced
1 tin of Baked Beans (425g)
30ml(2tbsp) Tomato Ketchup
5ml(1tsp) curry powder mix of your choice, or Chilli powder if you
100g (4oz) canned or frozen Sweetcorn
4 good sized Baked Potatoes
Grated Cheese to top if wanted
1. In a non stick pan, dry fry the minced beef with the Leek and Celery
for 3 to 4 minutes until browning.
2. Add the baked beens, tomato ketchup and curry or chilli powder
and sweetcorn. Stir untill cooked through.
3. Serve piled into cooked baked potatoes, and sprinkle with grated
cheese if wanted.
