Highland Beef Stir Fry

225g Highland Beef cut into strips
25g plain flour
Large pinch paprika powder
Salt and pepper
1tbsp oil
1 onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed or choped finely
175g new potatoes, halved and cooked
Worcestershire sauce
330ml beef stock
100g cherry tomatoes
Handful fresh parsley/chives roughley chopped


1. Place the flour in the plastic food bag with the paprika powder, salt and pepper. Seal and shake gently. Add the beef strips and toss in the seasoned flour.

2. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add the beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, add the onion, garlic and cooked potatoes. Cook for a further 2- 3 minutes,

3. next add a splash of Worcestershire sauce, the stock and cherry tomatoes. Heat for 1-2 minutes Sprinkle over the herbs and serve immediately with seasonal vegetables
